I wrote the summer meditation below to use during the vision board workshop I led last weekend (my first summertime one and first online one!). The imagery will likely help you connect with your senses and feel more present in your body while also helping you imagine letting go of worries and limiting beliefs about yourself.
It is my hope that this summer meditation provides you with a pleasant escape from the various stressors we are all experiencing this summer. Whether you are dealing with global stressors or more personal ones, I hope that you are able to find some peace for a few minutes with this meditation.
