I am sharing this autumn meditation with the hope that it will help you connect with your senses and feel more present in your body while also helping you imagine letting go of stress. It may also help you embrace change.
Although we all know that change is a natural part of life, this year is full of what feels like more change than ever due to various global issues… and this feels challenging for most of us since we humans do not typically enjoy change very much! Grief often goes along with change, even when there are positive outcomes. I hope that this autumn meditation helps you lean into the changes happening and feel nourished to be able to move forward in dealing with the transitions.
